About
Calling all little designers! Create your perfect sci-fi outfit and star in your own fashion show.
In this 1.5 hour workshop run by Minni in collaboration with MIT MAD, children (K–2) will be taken through the entire design process to create and model their ideal fashion wearable around a sci-fi theme.
From mood boards to styling, participants will explore colors and materials to assemble imaginative futuristic fashion. The event will conclude with a sidewalk fashion show, where kids can showcase their creations (participation is optional).
A fun activity for kids and their parents or caregivers, and you’ll get to keep your unique fashion wearable!
Audience
Children (K–2) must be accompanied by an adult who will assist with the creation process.
