With over 25 years of audit experience, Allison began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP as an external auditor after matriculation from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting.

In her role as an external auditor, she performed testing and analysis of various financial accounts; planned and supervised annual audit engagements; and, prepared and reviewed financial statements and footnote disclosures.

In her roles as an internal auditor, she identified and evaluated risk exposures; identified, assessed, and reported on the effectiveness of mitigating controls; conducted meetings with Management and process owners to obtain an understanding of and document core processes; planned and executed annual SOX testing.
